Learn to play the lute, the guitar, or music theory from the comfort of your home

Anyone is welcome!

My experience spans a variety of student levels and profiles:

  • Students who wish to study music theory;

  • Absolute beginners interested in playing acoustic guitar or lute;

  • Students who play the guitar casually

  • Lutenists, who in fact have a historical instrument, of varying levels;

  • Classical guitarists of varying levels, who seek to delve deeper into the Renaissance and Baroque repertoire on their instrument.

Ori's Student Testimonial

The music theory lessons are developed
according to your level and interest:

  • In the case of beginners, we learn basic concepts such as notes, scales, intervals, chords and harmonic field

  • With more experienced students, we work on harmonic analysis, involving concepts such as cadences, modulation, secondary dominants and borrowed chords
  • For those wishing to join conservatories and music colleges, we offer preparation for entrance exams
  • Students who are already enrolled in music courses can take reinforcement lessons according to the content being worked on in your course
  • For students who already learn instruments or singing with other teachers, we can use your own repertoire as a basis for analysis and learning
  • If you're a composer, songwriter, or produce electronic music, mentorships provide you with tools and knowledge to make your production more efficient and interesting

To those interested, we also work on solfège and musical perception

Take lessons with a properly qualified teacher

Not every music teacher on the market has specific training in Music Education. This baggage makes a huge difference for the learning experience.

In addition to my training in lute performance, I rely on the pedagogical framework from my Degree in Music Education, as well as my specific research in Early Music teaching.
